The Farm and Local Attractions:
The farm is used primarily for sheep and horse grazing and we let stables, being surrounded by wonderful bridle paths. The Sirhowey Valley Walk crosses the land. Clay pigeon shooting takes place every other Sunday. We are near the Cwmcarn Mountain Bike Trail and are well placed for events at Celtic Manor Golf Resort and Millennium Stadium, Cardiff. Local places of interest include Caerphilly Castle, Castel Coch and St Fagan's Welsh Folk Museum. A perfect stop-over for Irish ferries.
Directions:
Exit M4 at J 28. Take A467 towards Risca/Brynmawr and at next roundabout take A468 towards Caerphilly. After about a mile there is a pub on the right called "Rhiwderin Inn". Turn right immediately after the pub over railway line. Keep on the main road (Pentre Tai Road) which bears round to the left. Keep going past houses and continue straight down country lane. The farm is the first building you reach on the left about half a mile from the Inn.
